Fluent in Armenian and conversational in Spanish, I pride myself on my ability to connect with a diverse range of clients. My degrees in communications and political science, combined with my extensive background in sales, public speaking, and leadership, allow me to negotiate effectively, communicate clearly, and handle complex transactions with confidence. Detail-oriented and highly organized, I am known for my ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and ensure a smooth real estate experience. 

Beyond real estate, I am deeply involved in my community as a board member of the Armenian National Committee and an active member of Saint Illuminator’s Cathedral. I also serve as President of Boutique Cigar, leveraging my leadership skills and network-building expertise in business and real estate alike. 

Outside of work, I’m passionate about martial arts, powerlifting, cooking, music, film, and art. My cat, Anoush (which means "sweet" in Armenian), keeps me grounded and reminds me that home is where the heart is.
